A Mexican-American woman has been arrested by the cops in Texas after one of her videos about racially abusing and assaulting a group of four Indian women went viral across the circles of social media. The woman was shouting at the Indians to return back to their country. The incident took place in a parking lot in Texas's Dallas on the night of Wednesday. The woman has been arrested and she identified herself as a Mexican-American. "I hate you Indians. All these Indians come to America because they want a better life," told the woman in the video. The video went viral across the Indian communities.

The arrested woman has been identified as Esmeralda Upton. A woman posted the video on twitter and she revealed that the incident took place when she along with her mother and three friends went out for a dinner. The mom was in the argument with Esmeralda Upton and she requested her not to make any racial comments. Esmeralda Upton was spotted assaulting the Indian women. Esmeralda Upton also questioned why are they in USA when life is so great in India. The Plano Police Detectives arrested Esmeralda Upton on charges with assault, bodily injury and on terroristic threats on a bond amount of 10,000 USD.
