A mother, Megan Mae Farr, 27 and a stepfather, Gunner Farr, 23 were arrested for forcing their children 5 and 9 years to get tattooed. Mother and the stepfather tied the children with ropes, taped their mouths and covered their eyes with a rag to get them tattooed. One of the children was tattooed on her foot and the other one was tattooed on her shoulder. The biological father and stepmother noticed the tattoos and complained to Child Protective Services (CPS).

When Megan and Gunner know about CPS, tried removing the tattoos by cutting and scrubbing the tattooed skin from children. They also applied lemon juice to the tattoos. But the injuries were visible and the flush was removed from their body at the tattoo location. Mother Megan Mae Farr faces unlawful restraint and injury to a child. While stepfather Gunnee Farr faces unlawful restraint.
