Kangana Ranaut’s and Hrithik Roshan’s legal battle seem to be never ending. After Hrithik Roshan lodged a complaint against unknown persons for alleged impersonation, city police summoned Kangana and even her sister to record statement.

Kangana’s advocate Rizwan Siddiqui said, “The witness summons sent to my client and her sister by the police officer are patently illegal, as no woman can be called to the police station to record her statements as per the provisions of law.” The lawyer said that the actress herself expressed her desire to co-operate with police officers, in accordance with the provisions of law.

Hirthik, earlier, alleged and approached the suburban Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) police, saying that few unknown persons created fake e-mail ids on his name to chat with friends and fans. Even though he did not mention Kangana’s name in the case at the beginning, he later revealed that he came to know about this through the actress.

Recently, when both the stars sent legal notices to each other, the ‘Tanu Weds Many Returns’ actress revealed that she was in correspondence with the actor through emails. Refuting this, Hirthik said that he did not create the e-mail id.
