Come summer, and we start yearning from refreshing, lemony, cool drinks! And why not. After all, very things tastes good to the tastebuds and quells parched throat than lemon fresh drinks. Today we bring you the recipe of lemon squash drinks that can be made easily at home in a few simple steps.
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2 glass water
4 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Fill a glass bottle with sugar and lemon juice to the brim.
Put it in the sun for a few days under direct sunlight. Don't forget to shake the bottle 3-4 times a day until dissolved.
Alternatively, in a pan, cook 4 cups sugar and 3 cups water over low heat.
When dissolved, boil again and cook for about 5 minutes over high heat or until it reaches a thread consistency.
Remove from the heat and mix in 1-1/1/2 cups of lemon juice (according to taste).
Store in sterilized air tight bottles and dilute with water whenever you wish to drink.
