1% low-fat milk: 1/2 cup
Crushed ice: 1/2 cup
Honey: 1 tablespoon
Ground nutmeg: 1/8 teaspoon
Ripe large banana: 1 frozen sliced
Plain Greek 2% yogurt: 1 cup
Method of preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, except yogurt.
Process the ingredient for two minutes.
Now add yogurt.
