Feast on delicious bajra and cauliflower rotis with grated garlic and spring onions. Ensure to roll the rotis immediately after kneading the dough or else you may face problem while rolling. Make them crisp and avoid using oil by cooking these rotis on a direct flame.

Ingredients required for Bajra and Cauliflower Roti
grated cauliflower: 3/4 cup
finely chopped spring onions whites: 1 1/2 tbsp
finely chopped spring onion greens: 1 1/2 tbsp
bajra (black millet) flour: 1/2 cup
coriander (dhania): 2 tbsp finely chopped
ginger-green chilli paste: 1/2 tsp
grated garlic (lehsun): 1/2 tsp
salt to taste

bajra (black millet) flour for dusting
How to make Bajra and Cauliflower Roti
•Mix the ingredients.
•Knead into a soft-smooth dough, using enough water.
•Make the dough into six equal portions.
•Roll out one portion of the dough into a circle.
•Place the roti on the non-stick tava (griddle).
•Turnover in a few seconds.
•Cook the other side for few seconds.
•Roast roti on other side over an open flame till brown spots appear on both the sides.
•Repeat with the remaining portions to make more rotis.
•Serve hot.
