With season of mangoes, one cannot just ignore the bright yellow mangoes with that heavenly taste. Alphonso mangoes are considered to be the best variety of mango with regards to sweetness and flavor.
So if you were having the ripe mango as it is or by making juice then here is a new recipe which will enhance the taste of mango.
Ingredients:
Yoghurt -1 cup
Mango pulp-1/4 cup
Sugar-2tbspn
Ground cardamom-1/4 tspn
Saffron-a pinch
Pistachio-1tbspn
Peeled and diced ripe mango-1 piece
Method:
Blend all the ingredients apart from mangoes in a grinder.
Serve chilled by topping it with mangoes.
