Mouth watering spicy dish with the multicombination of potatoes, carrots, Spinach, with slight peppery added cumin.
Ingredients:
Butter- 2 tbsp
Olive oil- 2 tbsp
Jeera - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic chilli paste- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
Onions- 2
Palak puree- 2 tbsp
Baby potatoes- 6 to 8
Baby carrots- 5 to 6
Salt & Pepper- As per your Requirement
Coriander leaves
Elachi powder
Cream for Garnishing
Procedure:
1. Take a pan and heat butter, oil.
2. After oil gets heated add jeera, onions, ginger garlic chilli paste, Carrots, Potatoes.
3. Now add the palak puree and cook for some time.
4. Add salt, pepper and mix well.
5. Mean while add some butter, cream, lime juice and mix well.
6. Finally ,Sprinkle elachi powder, garnish with cream, red chilli powder and with coriander.
7. Dish is ready to serve hot.
