Liam Hemsworth tried to lose weight without pumping iron at the gym for his role in 'Hunger Games: Catching Fire'. The hunky actor ate only healthy food for the popular sci-fi series, reported BANG Showbiz.

Liam plays Gale in the movie. His co-star, Josh Hutcherson, had a different approach to training.
The movie which has a love triangle will be out on November 21. Jennifer Lawrence is the love interest of both the actors in the film.
