Angelina Jolie, an actress, humanitarian and above all an extraordinary mother, makes an emotional trip to Cambodia, hoping that her son Maddox Jolie-Pitt will learn about his native country.
The actress revealed that her 13-year old son will accompany her to Cambodia and aid in her research for her new Netflix film, said in an interview with the Associated Press. In 2002, Angelina adopted seven-month old Maddox, who was born in Cambodia. Cambodia helped Angelina to become a film superstar besides starting a family.
Angelina Jolie told the Associated Press, "As Maddox and I prepare the film we will be side by side learning about his country. He is turning 14 next week and this is a very important time for him to understand who he is. He is my son but he is also a son of Cambodia."
It was disclosed by the actress that after school, Maddox would be on set every day and would be involved behind the scenes.
Earlier, Angelina recently went on an emotional visit to Lebanon along with her daughter Shiloh. They both even halted in Turkey. Thus, it is not a strange thing and Angelina was joined by her kids on many inspiring journeys several times.
