The incident that caused absolute astonishment into existence was a 2M-LONG Queensland grouper weighing 270kg has been caught by fishermen off Singapore's eastern-most point. It engaged a forklift as well seven men to lift the beast into the kitchen, at the same time consumed beyond 10 hours of cleaning in precedence of Mr Johnny Tan, 52, who happens to be an owner of seafood restaurant Grouper King would be able to serve the giant fish to his customers yesterday.
Mr Tan expressed that he was called by the fishermen, who caught the fish near Pedra Branca, at about 1am on Tuesday. Subsequently he went down to the Senoko fishing port to known by personal presence about their catch. Mr Tan was known to have expressed immense shock to see such a big fish caught in Singapore which in actuality is the biggest grouper he had seen during his 20 years business life.
Truly a gigantic treat!
