Natalie parents know that she was biologically born as girl, but now she wants no more to be called as girl. Her parents have accepted Nathan a.k.a Natalie decision and they support and help him, to grow as boy. With this Nathan joins the rank of first generation of transgender kids.

Nathan wishes to change completely as boy socially and medically before reaching the stage of adult.

At his young age, his parents were unknown of his behavior.

They assumed Natalie was just a tomboy who preferred wearing boy’s cloth and playing with boy’s. Eventually, at the age of 13, Natalie asked to be called as Nathan and to be treated as a boy.

Tammy and Jim have accepted Nathan as their son and started using mail pronoun.
