Life is all about being happy! This is the motto behind every thing done by Art of Living. Taking the intention forward, the organization is organization is arranging yet another Art of Living Happiness Program in Arizona. The event is scheduled to happen on 31 March 2016 at Private Residence in Arizona from 6:30 PM.
Highlights of the event of the Art of Living Happiness Program
A powerful breathing technique named Sudarshan Kriya would be the highlight of the event. The organizers teaches this breathing technique along with other ancient practices and valuable skills like managing challenging situations, managing negative emotions, ways to improve focus on work as well as increase productivity, strengthen relationships and many others. These programs are intended to realize and develop practical wisdom to understand what works out for you and what do not in life. Also low-impact yoga is highlighted to improve health and increase flexibility
According to Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Founder of the Art of Living, "The secret lies in our own breath. Through breathing exercises, certain breathing techniques and some practice of meditation, we can rekindle positive vibrations within and around us."
The program targets to reduce stress; improve greater sense of joy, happiness, and enthusiasm; experience more confidence; as well as develop interpersonal skills.
