In what may be a source of consternation for you to know there are quite a lot of places in India where Indians have been treated as inferior or kept within bounds, or their entry is prohibited.

Even more unexpected is most of those places are owned by Indians, yet they only permit foreigners.

Located in Kasol village of Himachal in Kullu district, Free Kasol Cafe is one of those popular places that refuse to serve Indian visitors. About two years ago, the coffeehouse made headlines when its proprietor turned don to serve a woman from India and greeted the people of Israel.

Red Lollipop Hostel, Chennai

Situated right in the heart of Chennai, Red Lollipop hostels are reserved only for expats.

According to the source, the place firmly enforces a “No Indian” policy. However, Indian nationals who have a foreign passport might be allowed for the stay.

Who doesn’t wish to visit Goa, particularly to run into beautiful and easy on the eye beaches? But u might be in dismay once u know that there are quite a few beaches in Goa where Indians are not allowed.

Uno-In Hotel, Bengaluru

The hotel was built in 2012 in association with Nippon Infrastructure due to the increasing number of Japanese clients in the city. However, it was soon shut down by greater Bangalore city corporation due to its unethical behaviour towards its nationals.
