Congress has sent a new emissary to state, that has given rise to various speculations from critics. Does the emissary posses the magic wand to rebuild the distorted image!!
Congress Leader and Union Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs Vayalar Ravi has landed in the city and is meeting various leaders of the party in Hyderabad. Initially he met the PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana and the beeline follows. The central observer has already met senior leaders like K V P Ramachander Rao, P Goverdhan Reddy and MP P Prabhakar. As per sources the Congress Leader is sent to assess the merits of the present situation at the grass root level. He is supposed to stay in the state for a few days before submitting a report to the high command. Meanwhile the Telangana MPs have scheduled a meeting between them on Wednesday and later shall meet Mr Ravi.
Now the speculations are rife that the visit of the Congress observer would end the 'Kiran Sarkar.' But Mr Ravi had dispelled the doubts and indicated that Kiran will stay. The other one contemplated by the critics is, the Congress wants to test the situation that will favor the party in the forthcoming by-polls. The third interesting argument is that the growing differences between the Congress leaders, is irking the high command.
Whatever be the situation an interesting fact that needs to be observed is that when the state had a designated in-charge at the centre in Union Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, why the new man is sent. Does this simply mean that the former could not weed the issue and hence the replacement!!!! However one issue that needs to be remembered is the new emissary to the state already knows the state situation.
As Mr Ravi was earlier In-charge of the state during the late Y S Rajasekhar Reddy’s era. Incidentally many had complained to the high command over the biased approach of Mr Ravi in his earlier stint. But as of now it is yet to be understood the special mission of the emissary and the hidden agenda on the whole issue!!!! (With inputs from internet: AarKay)
