Miley Cyrus brings her Bangerz tour to Phoenix in a winter concert season packed with marquee names, from Kings of Leon to Imagine Dragons, George Strait, Demi Lovato, Skillet, Young the Giant, Dolly Parton and the Pixies.
They started as Casey Crescenzos working holiday from the Receiving End of Sirens, but they have been much more serious since then. And this years richly textured Migrant is their most inspired effort yet, its flights of operatic picking up where Queen left off while other highlights bring the drama with majestic orchestration. And the delicate ballads that scale it down bring a vulnerability to the table thats just as effective.
