Sunny Leone who is at present busy with multilingual film, Veeramadevi, in which she plays the lead role, is set to make her Mollywood debut.
According to reports, she has been roped in for Malayalam film, Rangeela, directed by Santhosh Narayanan.
The comedy movie based on a road trip will see Sunny Leone sharing screen space with National Award-winning Malayalam actors Suraj Venjaramoodu and Salim Kumar.
A historical film, Veeramadevi, mostly shot in Tamil, will also be released in Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. The film was lately involved in a legal struggle after pro-Kannada activists filed a petition against casting the pornstar-turned actress in the nominal role.
Sunny Leone essays a warrior and she has undergone training for horse riding and sword fighting to ace the role.
The actor has a giant fan following in Kerala and as has been proved by the thousands that gathered to see her on her visit to Kochi earlier this year.
Sunny Leone made her introduction with the Bollywood movie Jism 2 in 2012 and since then has acted in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi and Bengali movies.
