Bollywood's original bad boy is going cross over , may be he is tired of seeing his ex-girlfriend Ash attending Cannes, Sundance film festivals and wants the world wide attention for himself...but whatever it may be, the good news for Sallu fans is he is producing( may act as well)  a Canadian film named "Dr. Cabbie" about an Indian immigrant.

The movie is to be directed by  Jean Francois Pouliot, which tells the story of an immigrant Indian Doctor who unfortunately drives a cab in Canada to make a living and becomes a sort of hero when he successfully converts his cab to a mobile medical clinic.

"‘Dr. Cabbie' is the story of an Indian immigrant and it has an inherent universal appeal,"Salman said while being asked by the reporters regarding the film. He also said that the big plus for the movie is, it features Kunal Nayar of “Big Bang Theory “ fame .

Lately, Indian production houses and producers have started to venture into big Hollywood projects. One prime example is Yash Raj Film's "Grace of Monaco" starring superstar ans Oscar winning actress Nicole Kidman.
