'Hitchcock' actress Scarlett Johansson has discharged her one-bedroom Hollywood apartment for a sizeable compensation in Los Angeles.

Buzz is that the 28-year-old Hollywood actress has cashed out her Versailles Tower home for a whopping 470,000 dollars.

Apparently, Scarlet had acquired the property near the famous Hollywood Boulevard for 372,000 dollars in 2003.

The designer one-bedroom home has been refurbished by the actress and boasts of hardwood floors, wooden panel walls and marble countertops. Not just that, you can get a panoramic view of the Hollywood Hills, Griffith Observatory and Downtown Los Angeles from the house.

The building offers an extensive list of luxury services like a warm water pool, a fully-equipped gym, valet and 24-hour doorman.

The actress, who spends most of her time in Paris these days with journalist beau Romain Dauriac, originally put the home on sale in 2010, during the time when applied for divorce from her husband Ryan Reynolds.

However, she couldn't dispose the property then as it failed to bag much interest from buyers then.
