Phoenix Suns lost to Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday night’s fourth quarters after having performed well nearly the entire season. It was like loosing at the last lap of the race.
On Sunday the Suns, which were at a an 11-point fourth-quarter lead, lost to Houston. Tuesday's match saw the Phoenix Suns losing the eight-point fourth-quarter lead against Minnesota held at US Airways Center.
Minnesota pulled a 110-101 victory against Phoenix on their home court.
Out of the nine home games played by the Suns (33-23) they lost five and now they have and now have a 1½-game hold on the final playoff slot of Western Conference.
Suns guard Goran Dragic, while speaking about the team's loss said that they were making too many mistakes, defense was especially the problem spot. He went on to say that a team cannot beat another team if they give easy shots. Sunday's loss against Houston was a tough loss, Dragic further added.
