The fans and users of Google have been eagerly waiting for a smartwatch from the tech giant and this is turning true in 2022. As per the current leaks, the first pictures of the Google smartwatch are being circulated across the internet. Google made its smartphones for years under the name of Pixel and it never made a smartwatch even after Google had its own wearable platform for Android from the year 2014. The smartwatch is codenamed as Rohan and it is expected to be launched in 2022.

Google also will call the smartwatch as a Pixel Watch and it is expected to cost more than Fitbit and will compete with the Apple watch as per the reports. All the basic fitness tracking features like heart rate monitor, step count will be available. Wear OS 3 is now developed in association with Samsung after merging the Tizen platform. Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 was launched recently which comes with Wear OS 3. More details about Pixel Watch will be announced by Google officially and it is clear that the smartwatch will be out in 2022.
