Elon Musk, a man with surprises, is now giving surprises through his Twitter aka X app. He changed the logo and made the functionality commercial and now he is making it more user-friendly for celebs. Now social media platform X will allow its users to hide the blue check marks.
Earlier blue tick was a privilege for many like generalists, celebrities and politicians. But the scene was changed once Elon Musk took over the company, he mocked its old deal and fixed the price for the blue tick mark.
On Wednesday a new feature was introduced which is actually to hide the blue tick, which will be available even for paid subscribers. The check mark can be hidden from profiles and posts.
There was so much confusion after Elon Musk made the blue tick mark commercial, even his own account was impersonated. He again paused the pay allotment for the tick mark.
Whatever may the circumstances or controversies Elon Musk is facing, he is surprising the X users every day with new features. The disappearance will definitely help many celebs who just want to scroll down or comment on another post, by hiding their identity.
