The Film industry is buzzing that Junior NTR’s investment plans are a bit different compared to other celebrities. A Hyderabad-based construction giant invites Tarak whenever they start a new luxury apartment complex venture. It is said that Tarak purchases apartments, each time they start a venture. The buzz is that till now, Junior NTR has purchased more than 20 apartments from them costing over RS. 1.5 crores each.

The idea behind the investment is not just the growth in the market value in the near future, but as a way to earn huge rents. Sources say this information is true and we never know, NTR may even emerge as a real-estate tycoon in the future.
