Young actor Nikhil is slowly making his impact in Tollywood and he recently scored back to back hits with Swamy Ra Ra, Karthikeya and Surya Vs Surya. He has established a decent market in Tollywood and he is very careful in choosing his future projects. Nikhil is currently busy shooting for Shankarabharanam in the direction of Ajay Nandanavanam which is said to be a crime comedy. Nanditha Rai is the heroine and top writer Kona Venkat has penned the story and the screenplay. He is also co producing the film which will hit the screens in November.

As per the latest news, Nikhil has signed two new projects and one of them is a sequel for his pevious super hit movie Karthikeya. Chandoo Mondeti who directed the movie will direct the sequel which will start rolling from January next year. Nikhil has also given his nod for a story narrated by VI Anand who recently made his directorial debut with Tiger. Though the film did not do well at the box-office, Nikhil has been impressed by the script narrated by VI Anand and the movie will start in 2016. Both these films will release in 2016 as per the update.
