For the first time in the history of Tollywood, a Telugu hero will produce another hero's film.

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram has agreed to produce Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja's next biggie.

Director Surender Reddy has been planning for a sequel to Kick for long and Ravi Teja was only too happy to accept the movie. And when both were searching for producer, Kalyan Ram came forward and volunteered to produce the film. In fact, it was Kalyan Ram who introduced Surender Reddy to Athanokkade who agreed to the script.

Kalyan Ram, who runs a name for making good movies, is expected to dole out yet another blockbuster with Kick 2.
