Superstar Rajinikanth is back from USA after a long break and he is taking care of the pre-release formalities. PA Ranjith directed the movie and Radhika Apte played the female lead in the movie. Kabali is one of the most awaited films in the recent times and the hype of the movie crossed the skies. The movie’s release has been delayed several times and Kabali is finally slated for a massive release all over on July 22nd. While the Tamil version cleared all the formalities, the Telugu version of the film has been facing serious issues from the financiers for whom Rajinikanth owes huge debts.
It is said that Kochadaiyaan left the buyers in huge losses and Lakshmi Ganapathi Films who distributed the Telugu version is said to get compensated with Rs 12 crores. The balance amount of Rs 7 crores has been pending from years and the financiers approached Film Chamber to get the issue solved. Sources revealed that top director Dasari Narayana Rao is in talks to resolve the matter soon to prevent the delay in the Telugu version. New and aspiring youngsters K Praveen Kumar Varma and KP Chowdary bought the Telugu version of the film for a whopping amount of Rs 32 crores.
