Sensational filmmaker has been working hard from the past two years on his magnum opus 2.0. The film is the sequel for his super hit movie Robo and has been made on a massive budget of Rs 450 crores. Rajinikanth and Amy Jackson are the lead actors in this action thriller which has a huge dose of VFX work throughout. The movie has been delayed because of the VFX shots and the makers finally announced the release date of 2.0.
2.0 will now hit the screens on November 29th this year across the globe in multiple languages. Shankar took his official social media page to reveal the news saying "Hi everyone.. atlast the vfx companies promised the final delivery date of the vfx shots. The movie will release on nov 29th 2018". AR Rahman composed the tunes and the bakground score while Lyca Productions produced 2.0. The film will release in 3D and Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar essayed the role of the lead antagonist.
