Samantha Akkineni is one of the leading Telugu actresses and she is busy with a bunch of films. She wrapped up Majili and is busy with the remake of Miss Granny, a Korean film that is directed by Nandini Reddy. The latest news we hear is that Samantha has been signed for a small role in Nagarjuna's upcoming movie Manmadhudu 2 which will be directed by Rahul Ravindran.

Impressed with the crisp role, Samantha signed the film. The regular shoot of Manmadhudu 2 starts next month in Portugal and Rakul Preet Singh, Payal Rajput are the heroines. Made on a massive budget, the film releases during the end of this year and is produced by Annapurna Studios. More details to be announced soon. Samantha also signed a film of Bellamkonda Sreenivas which will start rolling soon.
