Megastar Chiranjeevi is busy with the shoots of various films. He is done with the shoot of Acharya and the film releases on February 4th. He is shooting for God Father in the direction of Mohan Raja currently. The veteran actor participated in the fans interaction meet that was held in Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust. Chiranjeevi met his fans who were active in the recently floated Oxygen banks to meet the demands during the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic. Chiranjeevi was spotted with a wrist support bandage during the event and Mega fans are left in panic and shock.

Chiranjeevi clarified that he underwent a surgery on his right hand recently and he is on a break. Chiranjeevi felt uneasy with his right hand and he approached the doctors of Apollo Hospitals. After conducting several tests, they clarified that it was carpal tunnel syndrome and he has an issue with the median nerve in the right wrist. The surgery was conducted and Chiranjeevi was asked to stay away from shoots for two weeks. Chiranjeevi is on a break and he will resume the shoot of God Father from November 1st. Chiranjeevi revealed that he is doing fine and there is nothing to panic about. Chiranjeevi thanked all his fans who were active during the second wave of pandemic and helped with the Oxygen banks.
