Megastar Chiranjeevi is working with his son Ram Charan in Acharya and the duo is promoting the film all over. During his recent interviews and media interactions, Chiranjeevi revealed about how Ram Charan evolved as an actor. He explained about the maturity Charan gained over these years and Chiranjeevi is now a proud dad. He also explained about how Ram Charan has been thinking as a producer and how he has been thriving to produce content-driven films. Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan shot for 40 days in the forests of Maredumilli.

Charan's role will be seen during the second half of the fim. Pooja Hegde is paired up beside Ram Charan in Acharya. Both Charan and Chiranjeevi will be seen as Naxalites in the film. Directed by Koratala Siva, Acharya is made on a whopping budget of Rs 150 crores. Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainments are the producers. The audio album composed by Manisharma is widely popular all over. The film is heading for a theatrical release on Friday.
