The base iPhone 17 is expected to feature a ProMotion display that supports high refresh rates and a Pro-like chipset that takes performance to new levels. Apple may introduce new hardware changes to the base model iPhone, but a camera upgrade would be welcome.
iPhone 17 Slim/Air: Yes, reports suggest Apple could end the iPhone Plus journey and add an all-new iPhone Slim or Air model to the lineup in 2025. The slim version is expected to feature a single rear camera as it reportedly measures 5.5mm, which could also impact the battery size. Apple's slimmest iPhone can cost more than 100,000 rupees, which may deter some people from buying this phone.
iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max: Finally, there are iPhone 17 Pro models, including the Pro Max model. The flagship iPhone is said to feature new display technology that could allow the company to introduce an under-display camera later this year.
