Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna has no time for Kannada films. The top actress is working without breaks and she allocated her dates for Telugu and Hindi films. Several Kannada filmmakers targeted her as she ignored the films in Karnataka. The actress remained tight-lipped and never responded about the same. She was in Russia promoting Pushpa: The Rise in Russia. On her return, Rashmika Mandanna interacted with the press and she responded about the controversies. Rashmika said that she was not banned in Kannada and she never received any such official notice.
"I loved Kannada film Kantara and I even messaged the team personally about the film. They thanked me for my messages. This is not known to the world. What happens internally cannot be shown to the world. I cannot place a camera in my personal life and prove it. About the ban in Kannada films, I was never informed about the ban or there is no official statement. I am not banned" told Rashmika Mandanna. The actress allocated bulk dates for Pushpa: The Rule and the shoot starts this month. Sukumar is the director and Mythri Movie Makers are the producers. The film is expected to have a pan-Indian release next year. Fahadh Faasil, Sunil and Anasuya will be seen playing other prominent roles in this action thriller. A major portion of the shoot happens in Bangkok.
