TDP senior leader Errabelli Dayakara rao today denied news reports that he had resigned from the post of Telangana Forum Convener following the party’s flop show in the just concluded by- polls in the seven assembly constituencies.

“There is no truth in the reports and I don’t know how these reports are coming. I am still continuing as Forum convener,” he told media persons at party office in Hyderabad.

However, sources said he had resigned two days ago and submitted the quit letter to the party president Chandrababu Naidu. The party chief rejected his resignation and asked him to continue in the post. (J)
