As he lay wounded , the investigating agencies and federal prosecutor are preparing to file charges against Boston bombing suspect , the teenager Dzhokhar Tsarnaev but the authorities are unsure if they will be able to interrogate him soon.  He is still under extreme medical and security supervision for he is  in critical but stable condition with a gunshot wound to the neck

The uncertainty regarding the interrogation thickened when  federal and local officials said they were unsure he would be able to talk again. “We don’t know if we’ll ever be able to question the individual,” Boston Mayor Thomas Menino said on Sunday.
