Christmas is still months away, but festive fever seems to be slowly gripping the residents of Arizona.

Months ahead of Christmas, the tallest tree of the nation has arrived in Phoenix. The112 feet tall botanic wonder will tower the northwestern outskirts of the city.

The fresh-cut tree, was delivered to the Outlets at Anthem on Tuesday morning. “The white fir's journey began in Northern California four days ago and madokie the 750-mile trip on a 75-footlong flatbed trailer.”

Santa Claus and carolers were there to welcome the tree as the crane lift the 12-ton, 27-foot-wide tree and set it upright.

Sallyann Martinez, a mall spokeswoman said that it will take about two weeks and 14 workers to decorate the tree. The official tree-lighting will be held on November 16.
