Durga Astami is celebrated on the 8th day of Navratri. Devotees perform Mahagauri Puja and Sandhi Puja on this occasion. This year, the Hindu Temple Of Arizona is organizing a two day event to celebrate Durga Astami and Ram Navami. Don't miss this traditional and cultural event in Arizona! Durga Astami celebration is scheduled to be happen on Thursday, 14 Apr 2016, while, the birth of Lord Rama will be celebrated on Friday, 15 Apr 2016.
Both events are scheduled to take place at the Hindu Temple of Arizona. The highlights of the Ram Navami celebration are Ramayan Puma Ahuti and Archna. Organizers are asking for donations to devotees for the ongoing improvements of the temple.
