Two people, including a 12-year-old girl were killed in a shooting in west Phoenix overnight, and a third was critically injured, officials said.
A Phoenix police spokesman said that, a shooting took place near a home by 63rd Avenue and McDowell Road early Sunday morning.
The Phoenix Fire Department responded to the scene at about 3 a.m. and found three gunshot victims in a vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence.
A 31-year-old woman and the girl were deceased but a 25-year-old female was transported to a nearby hospital in extremely critical condition, he said. All three had gunshot injuries.
The incident is investigating by the Phoenix Police Department and not release any further details.
