A heart bearing incident shocked tourists on visit to Lake Havasu

A very unfortunate tragedy  of boat crash happened early mid noon hours between 12:30pm and 1:00pm on Saturday killing two men and a women being injured critically has being admitted to hospital,

The dead men were spotted and identified as Brad Kloepfer aged 57 and Paul Selberg aged 69 while the critically injured women was identified as Connie Davis Kloepfer aged 58 all three people belonging to the city of Lake Havasu.

The officials stated that they have received the information of this incident around 12:30pm in south basin of the lake near to the enquiry point of Water Safety Centre, The office of Mohave Country sheriff told in a statement. The investigation found that a large speed boat was rode at high speed before crashing and sinking in to the river bodies said office of Mohave Country Sheriff. Many Samaritans driving boats timely acted at the scene of accident pulled out two man and a women out of water as report of Mohave Country Sheriff .

CPR was performed to all the three people and then shifted to the area hospital by the deputies of sheriff. MCSO Patrol Boats acted timely on the incident in reaching occupants to the Water Safety Center. The occupants were treated by Lake Havasu Fire Department personnel and tried well with saving efforts but two men did not survive the treatment and the women was listed to be in extremely critical situation at the Havasu Regional Medical Center, The local salvage company recovered the boat from lake bottom and was identified to be as M35 (35 foot) Wide Body DCB named as “Lickity Split”.

The main contributing factor was found to be High Speed driving , and wearing of Life Jackets also did not help the occupants survive.

The case is still under investigation.
