Arizona was ranked number one as per the American Enterprise Institute (AEI). It got this title for its outstanding performance among the other States in the US.

The institute arrived at this conclusion by looking into the following aspects

No 1 - Number of people in Arizona at present versus the number of people who left in 2018.

No 2 - Business climate

No 3 - Job opportunities

No 4 - Friendliness in tax regulations

No 5 - Affordability in the state

As there are people across the globe coming to Arizona the state has improved its standards on essential aspects such as K-12 education, public safety and child safety. Arizona will continue with the same zeal and focus on improving job opportunities and sustain its warmth in welcoming people who decide to move in.

Out of the people who moved to Arizona, 39.6 percent are outbounds and 60.4 are inbounds

In a period between October 2017 and 2018 Arizona’s employment opportunities grew 3.4 percent more

Among all the AEI’s inbound states, Arizona’s tops the list with a growth of 4 percent in its GDP growth rate.

Arizona managed to improve its condition from being a $1 billion deficit to $1 billion surplus despite a stringent budget.

The best of all is the record-breaking $1.014 billion in the Rainy Day Fund.
