Sankranthi is on boards and how can the kite festival be ignored? The IACRFAZ is organizing the “Family kite festival” on Jan 12 to make your sankranthi a memorable one this year.
The event is filled up with live music which makes you groove and delicious food which cannot be missed.
The food stalls will be having nominal donations to Ektamandir by IACRF and will be containing
- Khaman with mint chutney
- Papdi Lot
- Samosa with chutney
- Chole Samosa
- Chole Bhatura
- Undiyu Puri
- Pav Bhaji
- Dosa Special
- Fafda jalebi with Besa Kadhi
- Gota with Besan & Chilli
- All kinds of soda
- Mango Lassi
- Hot tea/chai
Donating $15+ will earn you up to 4 Kinya ready or 5 No Kinya kites and the cost of the Firki is $6 for 500 yard and $10 for 1000 yard.
The event is organized at Estrella Mountain Regional Park, 14805 W Vineyard Ave, Goodyear, AZ 85338 and is scheduled from 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday, January 12, 2020.
The event is a free event where as the parking fee is charged by the Park. The members of the IACRF will be getting three free kites and the first thirty IACRF members who comes to the park will be getting a firki for free.
