Bollywood's bubbly actress Preity Zinta have faced a non-bailable arrest warrant today from the local metropolitan magistrate's court at Andheri. That was due to having  connection with a cheque bouncing case. Furthermore, it was confirmed by her  lawyer Ratneshwar Jha that the court has issued a  non-bailable arrest warrant against Zinta today. He was known to have told PTI even though he informed the court that Preity was out of the country, on the contrary the court issued the  non-bailable arrest warrant against her.

He even added saying that they will move the court to counterbalance the warrant otherwise they will move the Bombay High Court and file a record.  Furthermore, it was known that the cheque bouncing issue was filed by Abbas Tyrewala, dialogue writer of the movie 'Ishkq in Paris', released preceding year, subsequent to a cheque of Rs 18.9 lakh bounced.  It may be remembered that during the recent hearing, the court had obeyed a fine of Rs 5000 on Preity Zinta for non-appearance at the same time the non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued, due to the reason that she did not appear in court today.

Hope, the law would undoubtedly go with a justified action!
