Ingredients:
Beetroot: 4 medium boiled, peeled and diced
Mint leaves: 4-5 (chopped)
Fresh cream:60 grams
Mustard paste: 1 teaspoon
Almonds: 3-4 (chopped)
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder
Parsley Leaves: 3-4 (chopped)
Method:
In a bowl add beetroot, mint leaves, fresh cream, mustard and almonds.
Season with salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
Garnish with parsley and serve cold.
