Ingredients:
1 cup of basil leaves washed and de-stemmed
250g pasta
2 garlic cloves
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp of olive oil
1/2 cup of powdered cashews
Method:
In a blender, blend the basil leaves
Add cashew powder, salt and pepper, 2 garlic cloves, lime juice and olive oil
Blend the ingredients into a fine paste
In a bowl, take the boiled pasta and add the pesto paste to it. Mix well and serve.
