Ingredients require for green good morning smoothie
Unsweetened vanilla soy milk: 1.5 cup
Whole oats: half cup
Banana: 1
Any light colored fruit: 1
Honey: 1 tsp
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
Ice cubes: if required
Fresh or frozen spinach: 1 cup
Method to prepare green good morning smoothie
1. Pour milk into a blender jar.
2. Add banana and oats and blend for 15 secs.
3. Add light colored fruits, honey, vanilla, ice cubes and spinach.
4. Blend on high until smooth for about 45 seconds.
5. Drink immediately.
