Bismillah bath is a special dish of Karnataka and also known as Bisbelle bath. The dish with different spices, vegetables gives you a yummy and spicy flavor to your tummy. Check the recipe.

Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup
Dal - 3/4 cup
Coriander seeds - ½ cup
Chana dal - ¼ cup
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Byadagi Red dry chillies - 10 to 12
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Green caradomn - 2
Cinnamon - 1.5 inch
Curry leaves - 10 to 12
Tamarind juice - 1/2 cup
Cloves - 4 to 5
Desiccated coconut - 4 tbsp(unsweetened)
Marathi moggu - 4
Poppy seeds - 2 tsp
Small Mace - 1
Fenu greek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Veggies - 1 cup (onions, tomatoes, aloo, carrot, green peas green chillies)
Salt - required
Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
Oil/ghee - 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Heat the pan and roast all the dry spices one by one and set them to cool.
Get the cooled spices in to the blender, grind well and keep aside.
Now in pressure cooker, pour oil and once the oil gets heated add all veggies and fry for 5 minutes.
Add water to the mixture and set for bubbling, now add rice, dal, tamarind juice, grinded masala and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
Meanwhile, the pressure in cooker slowly comes down, open the lid and stir well the mixture.
Now place the pan on medium flame, add ghee.
Once the ghee melts, add cashews, curry leaves, cloves, red chilli, mustard seeds and tamper.
Pour the tampered mixture into the pressure cooker and stir well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Bisbelle bath is ready to taste and serve hot.
