Counterfeit money featuring Chinese letters found in Kingman

Officials at Kingman police station said Counterfeit money has been discovered at a business in the city’s downtown area.

As per a post made by department in its verified face book page, the counterfeit money has been found throughout U.S.

In photos of Counterfeit bills three lines of simplified Chinese words were featured on both sides of the bill. Those simplified Chinese lines read “Skills Practice Coupon”, “Specimen” and “For skills practice only, circulation prohibited”.

Similar Counterfeit bills, albeit in different currencies have appeared in other countries also. According to a report by broadcasting Corporation of Australia, this counterfeit money is supposedly used to train bank tellers in china.

Anyone with information should contact any law enforcement agency.
