After owning the property for 13 years, the actress is trying to speed up the process of selling the house. In 2000, the house was purchased for a price of $1.8 million. The house was initially designed by Philip Vertoch in 1950s and gradually changed to the way it looks to day over the decades.

Anderson spent several thousands of dollars on renovating the home to make it eco friendly with teak fittings and solar panels. The house was on rent for $75,000 a month in 2011 and then was put up for lease in 2012.

Now, she has taken the sale to the Twitter page where she posted pictures in search of a good deal. With the market price well above the price invested, Pamela will make a mini fortune if she secures a good deal.
