Soon it turned out to be the favorite hotspot for several celebrities to watch films and the theatre experience is widely appreciated. Mahesh Babu has been alleged for not reducing the ticket pricing even after the Union Home Ministry slashing down the GST rates which came down from 28% to 18%. Mahesh and AMB Cinemas have been slammed for the row.

Now keeping an end to all the speculations, Superstar and AMB Cinemas returned back Rs 35.66 lakhs to the Consumer Welfare Fund of India. This is a huge gesture from Mahesh Babu and the GST Commissionerate lauded AMB Cinemas for their kind gesture. They called this an inspirational move across the country.
