On Monday March 19 Saifabad police booked a case in opposition to actress Genelia and also five others who all are involved in this case as per the orders from Nampally court.The Police declared FIR against them under many sections which involves Section 120(b) (criminal conspiracy), 420 for cheating and 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust) and 506 for criminal threats of the Indian Penal code.As the court direction came which is found on the complaint given by one of the pensioner named as Tirupataiah as he said that Anjaniputra Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and its directors had deceived him.

The complaint had specified that Tirupataiah had purchased two plots from Anjaniputra Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. by paying Rs 54 lakh, but afterwards it was closed.As per the accuser almost 500 people had purchased plots.As he assessed the loss to buyers in and around Rs 250 crore.
