The rock band Stone Temple Pilots took out some time from their packed schedule and made a short trip to the Cardon Children's Medical Center in Mesa.
The band's new lead singer Chester Bennington, a Phoenix native and former band member of the Linkin Park band also tagged alonng.
The band members not only toured the center, but also spent time with patients and their families.
"My wife and I have been involved with the children's hospital since its opening," said Bennington in a media briefing.
The 90's hard rock band performed at the hospital's "Stars of the Season" event held on October 26 at the Montelucia Resort & Spa in Paradise Valley.
Proceeds from the event has been donated to the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit.
